SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIME: Orders ship within 2–3 business days from Las Vegas, NV. Youʼll get a tracking email when your gear leaves the garage.

 

DOMESTIC (US): USPS First‑Class & Priority options at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $75.International: We ship worldwide via USPS International or DHL. Duties & taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

LIVE EVENT PICK UP: Grab your order at our next show—choose “Show Pick‑Up” at checkout and bring your confirmation email.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (30-day window): Unworn, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. 

 

REFUNDS: Once we get the item back, refunds hit your original payment method within 5 business days.Exchanges: We’ll ship the replacement item free (U.S. customers). International exchanges pay only the return postage.

 

DEFECTS/WRONG ITEMS: Snap a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll make it right, on our dime.
